How Does Havenly Work

These designers hail from the Americas but must be proficient in English. While Havenly prefers designers with interior design degrees and prior experience, they don’t mandate any specific certifications.
When selecting a designer, clients can verify their start date. Although designers typically commence projects within a week of booking, there isn’t a confirmed start date. If clients find a wait period too long, they can switch designers.
Design Packages and Cost
Havenly presents three design package tiers. The Online Mini, priced at $129, offers a space update and comes with three initial design ideas within two days and unlimited revisions. After finalizing the design, customers get a curated shopping list.
The Online Full package, priced at $199, is an upgrade from the Mini, providing a custom floor plan and visualization features, ideal for a total room transformation. However, it’s not available for kitchen and bathroom designs.
For clients in select U.S. cities, Havenly provides in-person design consultations for $699. This includes home visits for measurements, in-person or video design discussions, vision boards, material samples, custom floor plans, and 3D renderings. Additionally, clients get special discounts and an order management service.
After finalizing their designs, clients get a curated list for shopping. Havenly’s online store, in collaboration with over 200 retailers, ensures a variety of style options. However, customers can’t search by retailer; filters include product categories, color, and material. While the ease of shopping is a plus, some might find better deals on other platforms.
